This journal is published by Scoby Doo Kombucha, a kombucha maker in Amravati. Here is how to read our articles—and where their limits are.
Who is publishing?
Scoby Doo sells kombucha, so we have a commercial interest in the drinks we discuss. Our articles cover ingredients, fermentation, tasting, serving and practical buying questions. Our founder and brewing story explain the business behind the site.
Brewing experience is not a medical qualification. The journal is general information, not diagnosis, treatment, a prescribed serving plan or clearance that a drink is suitable for a particular person. No medical reviewer is implied by the Scoby Doo byline.
Research is not a product claim
Source links appear alongside an explanation or at the end of an article. Research about tea, a particular microorganism or a different fermented food does not automatically establish a benefit from kombucha—or from a Scoby Doo bottle.
Study size, participants, the tested product and the outcome matter. Laboratory and animal findings are not the same as demonstrated effects in people. A small human study is not a treatment recommendation.
For one important distinction, see the ISAPP consensus on fermented foods: fermentation and live cultures alone do not establish a clinically proven probiotic effect. A citation is not evidence that our own product has undergone that research.
What to check on your bottle
The current listed MRP is ₹220 for a 275 ml bottle. Our catalogue distinguishes available, seasonal and resting flavours. A listed flavour is not a stock guarantee; delivery availability, charges and final order details are confirmed in conversation.
Use the particular bottle's ingredients, storage instructions, nutrition information and date. We do not substitute generic kombucha figures for measured Scoby Doo sugar, caffeine, alcohol or microbial counts. Ingredient lists alone cannot settle every allergen or cross-contact question.

Dates, updates and corrections
Articles show their recorded publication date and a separate date when a substantive update has been made. A newer article date does not mean a new laboratory test or clinical review has taken place.
