With over 10 years of brewing experience, Ashwin founded Scoby Doo Kombucha in 2024 with one mission: bring authentic, naturally fermented kombucha to India.

Every batch is brewed by hand using traditional fermentation methods — real tea, real fruit, and a living SCOBY culture. No artificial carbonation. No artificial flavors. No shortcuts.

Based in Amravati, Maharashtra, Scoby Doo is proof that world-class kombucha doesn't need to come from a big city. It just needs passion, patience, and a really good SCOBY.
